What leagues does the club play in? South Dade United is affiliated with two South Florida Leagues: South Florida United Soccer Association (boys league), and Florida United Girls Soccer Association (girls league).
What other associations is the club affiliated with? South Florida United is affiliated with the Florida Youth Soccer Association (F.Y.S.A.).
When do the teams practice? Each team sets its own schedules and usually practice two to three times per week.
When does the season start, how long does it last? Early season begins in August and runs to the beginning of September; regular season begins in September and runs through March.
When and where do the teams play their games? Competitive travel teams play both in Dade County and throughout South Florida on Saturdays and/or Sundays.
What do the players need to bring? Players must supply their own shin guards, cleats, and ball (#3 for ages 4-7], #4 for ages 8-12, and #5 for players age 13 and above). Discount prices are available for these items at Soccer Locker.

In what age group should my child play? Age is determined as of August 1st. For example, if your child is 9 years old on August 1st of the current year, then they would play U10 (Under 10).

Are the coaches licensed at South Dade United? Yes, All coaches are registered with the Florida Youth Soccer Association and have passed a backgroung check. Many coaches have earned a state and/or national coaching licenses.
